Can you ship to me? |
|
Sure. Contact us and we'll make the arrangements.
We ship via UPS ground and air in the United States and abroad.
For large pieces, we ship via art handler. Let us know about
gift wrapping too. It's one of the last, great freebies.

How is it made?
|
|
The raw material is what is used to create glass;
however, the working of the material is so personal that after it
is manipulated by the artist the work varies dramatically.
The raw materials of soda, lime and ash create most
glass. Yet the dramatic differences that occur in the finished product
are astounding. A piece of glass may be "slumped" into
shape, colors may be added by "fusing", a piece may be
"blown" and then "cold-worked" by "etching"
or "faceting". The vocabulary of techniques
that are employed by the artists to create works of their vision
remain remarkably wonderful.

How do I proceed with a commission?
|
|
Whether for a corporate award or a stained glass installation,
after the design is agreed upon by the client, a 50% deposit is
required to commence with the commission. If design work is done,
and, for some reason, the commission does not continue, a 10% design
fee of the budgeted cost will be charged.
